Services Crye-Leike Provides When You Transfer (1) Treat the commission income you've earned elsewhere as if you made it with us to help you (2) stay at a high split for the balance of the year.
(3) Drive or Fedex your license transfer to the Real Estate Commission.
(4) Hand deliver your Realtor Board transfer forms.
(5) Provide personal secretarial assistance to handle MLS changes and showing instructions on your listings.
(6) Installation change over of FOR SALE signs FREE of charge.
(7) Place a free newspaper photo ad to help spread the news.
(8) Furnish free I've Joined Post Cards.
(9) Set you up with voicemail, email, efax, intranet to keep you in the loop.
(10) Sign you up for optional medical and/or dental insurance.
(11) Train you (and your personal assistant) with Crye-Leike systems, techniques and procedures.
(12) Schedule a one-on-one meeting with our Marketing Department to develop your personalized marketing plan.
RequirementsMust pass Mississippi state real estate exam and hold an active real estate license.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
