PARTS AND SERVICE COORDINATOR Reports To:
Aftermarket Manager Position
Summary:
Assist Management in daily sale of parts and maintenance of parts inventory.
Principle Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist Management in replenishment of sold inventory.
Invoice and file warranty claims with manufacturer, monitoring through credit receipt as required.
Assist Management in maintaining inventory dollar levels.
Assist Management in attainment of sales volume goals.
Assist Management in development of parts consignments.
Process customer orders via telephone and over-the-counter.
Perform data entry functions pertaining to order entry and invoicing of parts orders.
Assist Aftermarket Manager with service customer and service technician support.
Process shop requisitions and shop returns for work orders.
Assist service personnel with parts procurement Complete service van inventory replenishment on established restock days.
Receive parts shipments from factory into computer inventory and place on shelves.
Pack and ship outgoing parts orders.
Maintain all aftermarket files.
Match aftermarket department vendor invoices with purchase orders and receivers and forward to Management for approval.
Assist in year-end inventory.
Input data pertaining to count into computer system.
Prepare reports for accounting department.
Assist in fielding incoming calls when necessary.
Work with all departments and employees to ensure quality of customer service.
Special Skills Needed:
Technical aptitude in relation to industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literate.
Good people skills.
Must maintain acceptable driving record.
Physical Job Demands:
Occasional push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
Lifting devices and/or asking for assistance is recommended for anything in excess of 50 lbs.

High School Diploma.
Technical School desirable Experience Required:
Prior forklift (or auto) parts counter experience desired.
Good attendance, including a timely arrival each day, is an essential function of this position.
