Summary:
The IT Support Specialist I is responsible for providing and supporting the company's IT needs, which includes maintaining workstations, laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices.
The information technology (IT) support specialist is a generalist position devoted to all aspects of computer set-up, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance.
The position can also include handling how computers connect to each other or the rest of the network; printing, both locally and on the network; and auxiliary devices such as tablets, PDAs, and smartphones.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Support office and remote users Support retail convenience stores, which could require traveling to each convenient store location Maintain workstations, laptops, tablets and other networked or mobile devices in a Local and Wide Area Network in office and retail environments, including servers, routers, switches and firewalls Maintain and support the MS Active Directory configuration, MS Office 365 and ERP applications Maintain an inventory of equipment, i.
e.
, laptops, monitors, phones Analyze and document current IT processes and systems Provide appropriate IT support for departmental needs Regular attendance to work Some travel is required Other projects and duties as assigned by management Knowledge, Skills and Abilities IT knowledge and technical skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Thorough understanding of data management and administration Ability to interact with all levels in an organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information systems, software engineering or related field required or education and/or equivalent work experience A
or Microsoft certifications preferred Minimum of 2 years of IT experience Innovative mindset Strong mathematical and analytical skills Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.
Solid communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent IT knowledge and technical skills Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass MVR standards.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
