They manage staff within all departments (sales, shop, etc.
) for optimum performance.
This is a safety sensitive position.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels Coordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency Establish and maintain controls Execute measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product Responsible for the achievement of department and location productivity and quality goals Determine staffing needs, hire and oversee training of new staff Develop staff to maximize potential Supervise staff according to overall company policy Maintain a safety focused culture throughout the store and ensure safety policies and procedures are consistently followed Apply strategic planning to determine company or department objectives Monitor staff performance including performance reviews Delegate work duties to staff to meet objectives Allocate use of available resources Monitor and assist staff with work progress Implement company policies, as set forth by the corporate location Other duties as assigned by management Regular and reliable attendance required Follow directions of RGA policies and procedures Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily management of all employees of the branch, ranging from four to fifteen individuals Manage the overall development of the team, including coaching, training, and succession planning Carry out these responsibilities according to company policies and applicable federal, state and local laws Education and
Experience:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
Four-year college degree Knowledge of business management principles and practices Knowledge of strategic planning, office administration procedures Working knowledge of Microsoft office and other relevant software applications Industrial sales experience required and a general knowledge of operational needs of manufacturing Travel:
This position may require relocation to any active RGA location Requires frequent travel by car to assist sales team in making sales calls, generally in a territory of up to a 150-mile radius May require air or car travel for trips for training, trade shows, etc.
Certificates, Licenses, and RegistrationsMust have a valid, active Driver's License with an insurable driving record Recommended Skills Business Efficiency Business Management Finance Microsoft Office Office Management Sales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
