Vehicle Transport Coordinator
Responsibilities:
As a Vehicle Transport Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to speak with customers and arrange a date & time for as soon as possible for them to drop their vehicle/vehicles off at our shop for repair and drive them to a local vehicle rental location, such as enterprise or hertz, to make it easy for them to pickup their rental car.
You will meet with them on-time and maintain very good communication with them during this time.
You may also need to drop-off and pick-up of vehicles at various rental car locations, including Enterprise, Hertz, and others.
This is an Independent Contractor position.
You are paid per customer, a flat rate, when you take them to get their rental vehicle.
Your duties will include:
1.
Vehicle Transport:
Safely and efficiently transport vehicles between rental car locations and our facility.
Ensure vehicles are delivered and picked up promptly and on time, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
2.
Customer Interaction:
Promptly meet customers at our shop for them to drop off their vehicle.
Provide a ride to the vehicle rental location and ensure customers are informed of important information required by our company.
3.
Transaction Management:
Be available during vehicle drop-off and pick-up transactions to address any questions or concerns from customers.
Provide clear and concise communication regarding the process and any necessary documentation.
4.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions, including drop-off and pick-up times, customer information, and any special instructions.
Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and submitted in a timely manner.
5.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure customers have a positive experience during the vehicle transfer process.
6.
Vehicle Inspection:
Conduct basic vehicle inspections upon pick-up and drop-off to document any existing damage or issues.
Communicate any findings to the appropriate personnel and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Requirements:
