Seeking applicants for the position of Housing Specialist for the HOME-American Rescue Plan Program (ARP).
Duties:
Application intake and waiting list management Client interviews to determine program eligibility Conduct program briefings and issue vouchers Prepares and sends copies of contracts and leases to landlords and tenants Conduct interims and annual recertifications Must be able to work with a diverse population; be detail-oriented; have demonstrated computer skills and strong customer service skills.
Experience with HUD housing programs preferred but not required.
Candidates must demonstrate an ability to work independently and with others.
