This person must be a team player, be able to take direction, and work their assigned schedule.
This position will be responsible for:
Monitoring daily activities within the facility amongst the clients Models and teaches accountability, respect, and appropriate behaviors Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively Supervises activities, education, meals, and chores Will observe and report on client's behavior and involvement in activities Facilitates client participation in groups and completion of assignments Monitor the safety and security of clients and the facility Must be able to maintain boundaries with clients and redirect clients as needed Responsible for searching new client's belongings Follow all company policies and procedures Job Type:
