Professional Counseling Associates (PCA) is searching for an IT Analyst with strong interpersonal skills, including superior written and verbal communication. The IT Analyst will mainly focus on end user support, sharing and educating staff on system usage, maintaining a project log for prioritization and trend analysis, monitoring for quick fixes that may be side tracking more complex and urgent needs, and working with our outside vendor to ensure appropriate server functionality. This highly visible role will work alongside our Lead Analyst on a clinical and financial system conversion, occurring within the next 18 months, as well as replacement of thin client equipment for 40
users within the next 9 months. These upcoming projects allow for ground floor knowledge and significant input into our new equipment, with the support of an existing knowledge base.
Our chosen candidate will possess a broad knowledge of multi-user computer systems, applications and equipment; have a solid grasp of current technology developments and trends; and have the capacity to deal logically with difficult problems and anticipate new situations. As with all technology positions, success requires the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, develop and modify specifications, manage, prioritize and schedule competing projects, and work efficiently both in a group and individually.
Candidates holding a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical area with a minimum of two years related professional experience, will be considered. Additional experience in a multi-user environment beyond these minimums may be considered in lieu of a degree.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
