Local (Combination) Truck Driver (CDL-A) $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
A Local (Combination) driver's responsibilities vary depending on the current need at our Service Centers. You may be asked to shuttle freight to other Averitt facilities or deliver freight locally. Drivers could also occassionally work on the dock and assist with loading our customer's valuable freight.
These trucking positions are highly sought after, as they provide drivers with outstanding daily home time, great pay, and a flexible work week with both variety and predictability.

Averitt Requirements:
Must be 23 years of age
1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer truck driver experience within past 2 years
Must have Class-A Commercial Drivers License (CDL-A) with Hazmat endorsement
Clean driving record
Must meet all qualifications outlined in our truck driver application
