The Licensed Mental Health Therapist I (Compliance Coordinator) works under supervision of the Division Director of School Based Services to manage all compliance functions within the program, with specific knowledge of the Arkansas Managed Medicaid system, Joint Commission Policy, and Day Care Licensure requirements. They will be responsible for meeting a set productivity quota by completing direct patient services for their assigned case load and will be responsible for meeting supervision requirements for their specified staff. They will be responsible for completing all client paperwork, following program procedures/time frames. Master's degree in Social Work or related field plus 2 years' experience in a mental health field including 1 year project/program management or supervisory experience. Must be LCSW. Must have experience working with the Arkansas Medicaid System. Experience working directly with children in a mental health or social services setting preferred. Salary: Neg.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
